Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of vibe-coding.space and the "Vibe Code Checker", offered by Code Factory GmbH, Kettenbrückengasse 23/2/12, 1050 Vienna, Austria, company register no. FN 461396z ("we"). vibe-coding.space is a service of Code Factory GmbH; until a separate company is founded (expected spring 2027), Code Factory GmbH is the contracting party.
2. Service
The Vibe Code Checker automatically scans uploaded code for known patterns and creates a report. During the beta it checks 8 of 50 patterns. The report is an automated assessment and does not replace expert review, a security audit or legal advice. We do not guarantee that all errors or vulnerabilities will be found.
3. Beta
The beta is free. Features may change, fail or be discontinued. A beta spot does not entitle you to later free use unless we explicitly promise it.
4. Account
Some features require a profile with an email address. You sign in via a login link. Keep your email access secure. You can request the deletion of your profile at any time by email to info@vibe-coding.space.
5. Your obligations
Only upload code you have the rights to. Do not upload passwords, access keys or third parties' personal data. Misuse (e.g. malicious code, overloading, bypassing limits) is prohibited; we may block access.
6. Rights to code and report
Your code remains yours. You only allow us to process it for the check. Uploaded code is deleted after 24 hours. You may use the report freely.
7. Prices and payment
There are currently no paid services. We will add prices and payment terms before payments start.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers may generally withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG). For a paid check you expressly request that we start immediately. Your right of withdrawal expires once the check has been fully performed (§ 18(1)(1) FAGG); you confirm this before purchase.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. We are not liable for slight negligence to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for stable operation but cannot guarantee constant availability. We will notify you of changes to these terms in good time by email or on the website.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this applies only insofar as mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence are not affected. Place of jurisdiction for businesses: Vienna.
12. Contact and dispute resolution
info@vibe-coding.space. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Transfer to a new company
Once "vibecoders space" has its own legal form, we would like to transfer your contract to the new company. This only happens with your consent: we will ask you beforehand by email and name the new company. If you do not agree, your contract stays with Code Factory GmbH, or you end it at no cost.
